My yoga journey began in my hometown of Chennai, India, in the early 2000s, after the devastating loss of my mother to cancer. Struggling with grief, I sought healing at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala. Immersing myself in yoga and completing my training in Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation, I discovered a path to emotional healing and self-discovery.

Yoga became my sanctuary, helping me confront my grief and restore inner balance. After a decade of teaching, I realised the transformative power of combining physical and spiritual practices with life coaching. This realisation inspired me to expand my work, helping others not only connect with their bodies and breath but also navigate life’s challenges with clarity and courage.

MY QUALIFICATIONS

I am a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, having completed my training at the renowned Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala, India. This immersive experience gave me a deep understanding of Hatha yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, equipping me with tools for both physical and spiritual healing. My yoga journey began as a personal path of healing after the loss of my mother, and it has since become a powerful foundation for guiding others in their self-discovery and well-being. My teaching integrates these ancient practices, helping clients cultivate balance, mindfulness, and resilience in their everyday lives.

In addition to my yoga training, I am a certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School. This coaching program emphasises the power of positive psychology, mindfulness, and self-awareness to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and unlock their full potential. My life coaching approach combines these principles with the wisdom of yoga, offering a holistic, integrative process for personal transformation.

Through this unique blend of yoga and coaching, I support clients in achieving emotional clarity, overcoming limiting beliefs, and developing strategies for lasting, positive change in their personal and professional lives.
